Rich Musselman is a seasoned real estate professional, with over 30 years experience, in the Harrisburg Area with Colwell Banker Realty. East or West Shores, Cumberland, York, Perry and Dauphin Counties. Rich knows them all. From residential & investment listings and sales to working with transferees and the corporate buyout programs, he is truly an expert in the real estate market and local area. A life-long resident of the Harrisburg area, Rich grew up in the Camp Hill borough, one of the smallest school districts in the area. His family moved to the Mechanicsburg area in the Cumberland Valley School District, which is one of the largest districts in the state, where he attended high school. This expansive local market knowledge gives Rich's clients a unique advantage in making certain homes are priced to sell and the best deals are negotiated for buyers.

Rich currently reside in what he calls the "family homestead." He has enjoyed raising his sons, Matt and Chris and attending as many of their activities in Boy Scouts, Cub Scouts, soccer and baseball as he could. Additionally, Rich is a past President of the Kiwanis Club of Cumberland County, now a member of the Greater West Shore Kiwanis Club which serves the youth in our community so they can have a strong start in their life pursuits.
